What is the difference between a shared ride and a private car?
A:
Private cars are for you and your party only. A shared ride allows the
company to book reservations in the same car with reasonable time, distance, and
capacity limitations.

is the "normal" gratuity?
A: 15-20%

How soon should I plan on being at the airport for my flight?
A:
1 hr. for domestic flights, 2 hrs. for international flights.
Q:
Do I need a car seat for my children?
A: Yes,
State Law requires a car seat for children under 4 years of age.
Q:
What about room for luggage?
A: All vehicles
equipped to handle one medium to large suitcase per passenger. For hard cover
golf clubs, skis, large trunks, or oversized boxes, extra vehicle may be necessary
to accommodate luggage.

Is there a handicapped or senior citizen discount?
A:
For seniors over 65, we provide a 10% discount.
Q:
When I arrive from out of town at the airport what is the procedure for meeting
my car?
A: Your car will be waiting for you
to call. Once you have gotten all of your luggage, simply call the toll-free dispatch
number at 1-(877)-220-5466
. The car will be sent to meet you within 5-15
minutes of your call at the preselected vestibule outside of the baggage claim
area.
Q: Can you meet me inside
the airport terminal?
A: Yes, baggage claim
meets are available for an additional $25.00 fee.
Q: Are Drinks Provided ?
A: For an additional charge on airport trips, yes - otherwise NO unless requested.
Complimentary beverages (beer, soft drinks) provided on all charters:
1. Domestic beer is provided only if all passengers are of legal drinking age
2. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed inside the vehicles only
3. Wine/Champagne complimentary for Weddings & Anniversaries
4. Mixed drinks provided only upon pre-arranged request (for an additional charge)
